At EMAST, we tackle the individual challenge of each of our clients with a phased but integrated solution. First, we designed and developed SIU, a 100% custom floor control system. Subsequently, we moved towards the progressive implementation of Odoo, integrating both systems to create a digital ecosystem that spans from plant operations to business management.
What makes this solution unique?
User-focused interface for plant operators: SIU was built with an intuitive and visual interface, specially designed for operators with little technological experience. Large icons, simple navigation, and guided processes allow each operator to interact with the system without friction.
Intelligent integration with Odoo: SIU generates sales orders in Odoo, and Odoo automatically generates manufacturing and purchase orders, updating information in real time. As production is completed in SIU, data is automatically notified in Odoo to feed accounting, inventory control, and cost analysis.
Agile methodology with a customer focus: We start each project with a deep discovery phase, accompanied by an expert in industrial processes who serves as a bridge between the client's reality and technical development. This translation of real needs into functional solutions is key to success.
Modular and scalable design: Integration allows the client to scale the solution according to their growth, without relying on a single platform or specialized technical staff to keep it operational.
